Lauren Brugger

About Lauren

Lauren is a Partner at Meliora, and specializes in continuous improvement education and project execution. She lends her process development, data analytics, and project coaching expertise to Meliora’s clients. She is also one of Meliora’s trainers, facilitating both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training courses.

Prior to joining the Meliora team, Lauren was a Business Process Improvement Manager for Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES), where she developed her expertise in Lean Six Sigma.  While at PES, she helped build their continuous improvement training program and project infrastructure from the ground up.  Her experience also includes roles in product launch, supply chain, GMP manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

Lauren earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
