The basis for a good partnership is ethics and results, in that order.  Meliora through a refined and deliberate approach will create value through people and process assets, that stick.  There is nothing about the approach that Meliora brings that isn’t linked to sustainable process improvement.  The Lean essentials/Green/Black Belt training for team members is a life tool.  The Triage process is potentially a company saving activity that creates massive improvement in a short window, and long-term coaching of strategic projects deliver lasting results.

What’s the catch?  A leadership team that will endorse and support this method of improvement process.  This isn’t top down, authoritative methods but rather a trustful support of people to  deliver results.  Leadership endorsements of this process will support the value creation process., and in my experience, I promise results!

I am on my third deployment in the manufacturing turn around space and I won’t work with anyone else!
